Case-Closed offers a full-time licensed investigative staff comprised of experienced and well trained male and female investigative professionals. Our investigative staff’s diverse backgrounds and skills, include law enforcement, insurance claims investigations, maritime, human resources, records research, computer technology, videography and photography. Our team has the knowledge, experience and desire it takes to provide the service and information you should demand and be able to rely upon from an investigative company.
We provide precise and detailed reports that are complimented with video and pictures obtained during the course of the investigation. All of our Investigators are well trained, experienced, and use only state of the art equipment. Our job doesn't end there. Our professional Investigators are specifically qualified to provide expert testimony that wins cases.
COMPANY LEADERSHIP
LEROY EVERHART, IFC
The President of Case-Closed Investigations is Leroy Everhart who in 1976 began conducting investigations for
financial institutions. He found the business challenging and rewarding and by 1980 became licensed as a private
investigator in North Carolina. Later he received private investigator licenses in both Virginia and South Carolina. In
1984, he completed Counterintelligence school in Savannah, Georgia and received the 29th Counterintelligence license
issued by the North Carolina Private Protective Services Board.
After working with local, regional and national private investigative firms, Mr. Everhart joined CCI in 1999. Because of his knowledge in private investigations and integrity he was appointed the President and CEO of the company.
Over the many years Mr. Everhart has obtained a vast amount of experience and continuing education some of which consist of being assigned to special tasks units that provided protection for President Gerald Ford and President Jimmy Carter during their visits to Winston-Salem. Both Federal and State courts have appointed Mr. Everhart to conduct various investigations.
During his professional career as a private investigator Mr. Everhart has taken on other roles from that of a homeless man to a priest to further an investigation. Within the profession Mr. Everhart has served in many positions including on the Board of Directors for National Finance Adjusters and as President of the North Carolina Association of Private Investigators. Mr. Everhart is a member of the South Carolina Association of Legal Investigators, a Charter Member of the North Carolina Association of Private Investigators and a member of the National Association of Investigative Specialist.
W. CRAIG HUMPHREY
The Vice President of Case-Closed Investigations is W. Craig Humphrey. Mr. Humphrey's responsibilities include
conducting investigations, employee training and covert surveillance equipment research and development.
Mr. Humphrey's investigative experience began in 1994 as he served in numerous undercover capacities with local law enforcement. Since that time Mr. Humphrey's investigative experience has included research and development, installation and utilization of surveillance equipment and covert camera systems. He served as a manager in loss prevention for nationwide retail corporation before he joined the team at CCI in 2001.
In 2005 Mr. Humphrey was promoted to Vice-President of the company because of his knowledge, ability and dedication to providing superior investigative services to our clients.
